Overall, I'm happy with my stay at this establishment. However, I wasn't impressed by the comfort of the beds. For an hotel of this reputation, I barely slept better than at my local motel. The mattress wasn't very supportive, it felt weak. Same for the pillows. There were 5 of them on the bed, and none provided proper neck support. I actually woke up with a sore neck the next morning. The site is beautiful, there is plenty of activities to do, the food is great and the staff is welcoming. But as a hotel, they should absolutely be nailing the sleep experience. The food is also rather overpriced for what you get on the plate.

The location was great. It's only 1h30 from Montreal and it's pretty easy to find. It was just what we expected : clean and classy. The only flaw the room had was the soundproofing. We could hear everything from the hallway, but the guests were not too noisy.

The service was great. The massages were also great. The food was good, but we were disappointed considering the price of the meal. Overall, a great but pricey experience.
