My soon to be fiance and I had a phenomenal experience at Golden Tree with Joy's assistance! While searching for an engagement ring, there was no judgement, she respected our budget, listened to my preferences and did all she could with honesty and transparency! For the first time we felt well taken care of and not taken advantage of! She genuinely cared! As well as Simon! Looking forward to doing more business with them in the future!

Golden Tree was my 'go to' jeweller when I lived in Langley to get watch batteries, get jewelry repairs done, and also to find gifts for myself and others because everyone on staff was always extremely friendly and helpful. Even after I moved away to another community 15 years ago, I still made the trek there when I broke a clasp on a necklace recently and wanted to get it fixed. They really are top notch!

Amazing! Falling in love with our engagement ring was how it first started, Joy was fabulous and knew exactly what we were seeking. Great all around care, with their customers and jewelry. I've just walked in with my ring for inspections and received warm welcomes & smiles.

Don't normally give reviews but we had such a great experience we Golden Tree I thought I would share.
We purchased our wedding rings from Golden Tree and were very happy with the whole experience. Our sales person was Kathy and I have to say what great service she provided.
The quality of our purchase is just what we were looking for and the pricing was very good.

Shopping for an engagement or wedding ring? Then I strongly recommend asking for Joy at Golden Tree Jewellers. Joy made shopping for an engagement ring a simple and pleasurable experience. There was never any pressure to buy and she took the time to explain what to look for in a band, in a diamond, and suggested some simple ideas that we had not thought about. It is rare to find that level of customer service these days, especially with jewellery, as it was my experience at other stores where it was high pressure to buy now or sell me that neither of us truly liked. Visit Golden Tree Jewellers, ask for Joy. You won't be disappointed!

We really appreciate the amazing service provided by Bob, Avis, and everyone else. We always leave feeling like they have taken care of every wish we asked for. Everyone is always very professional and helpful. Our wedding rings are so amazing and are one of a kind due to their diligence in wanting only the best for us. Everyone is so friendly and helpful at Golden Tree. I purchased my wife's wedding ring there and I could not decide on one ring, there were several with features I liked. They suggested a custom ring with the features I liked from the other rings and now my wonderful wife has a beautiful one of a kind ring that is just for her. All thanks to the wonderful staff at Golden Tree.

I choose Golden Tree to purchase a last minute gift for my daughters grad. The reason I made this decision was based on the history of the store and the quality they sell.

My purchase was a little rushed that day but I did pick what I thought would be the perfect gift. When I asked if I could exchange (meaning return) the answer was no problem.

I misunderstood the return policy but upon going to the store I was greeted with a smile and directed to the manager. She was kind and considerate while I babbled about why I was returning. My honesty and the mangers kindest today helped me return a item my daughter felt she would never wear.

I would give this store a 10 in all areas and a huge thank you for all your support.

Joy is amazing. Great customer service, funny and knows what she's talking about. And not pushy at all.
She helped us pick out our wedding bands 3 years ago. And has done repairs on my husband's watched numerous times.
If your looking for jewelry I would highly recommend going and seeing Joy!!

I received friendly customer service that was not "pushy" at all. Sales staff very knowledgeable and listened to me.
Golden Tree Jewellers has amazing quality brands-love the Gucci watches & Jewellery!!

Worst customer service ever. Spoke to them over the phone about getting a setting of my engagement ring back in March. They told me they would call back and never did. Last week I also emailed them about pricing on one of their men's wedding bands. All I'm asking for is a price, nothing extra. It's been a week and still no answer. They obviously don't care much about their customers. Taking my business else where.
