These guys are brutal. You'll regret going here. Billed me for thousands of dollars of work and they they still couldnt fix my car. They said they tried and made some excuse that they dont work on these vehicles often. Wow.

Excellent service. Warranty of Parts and Service means WARRANTY. I got repaired my van brakes. After few days dashboard sign came up with low brake fluid. I took it back. They serviced it free because there was Warranty.

I had good service from Gerrys on both occasions. He checked my van out while I was there gave me my quote and didn't charge me for that. His price was much lower then other places I called. Time to being my uplander back in as I am having problems. Battery dies. Not the battery not the alternater as I replaced both of those. I believe it's shortage in the wiring. Once I put the new alternater in charge was it should be at, closed the hood it dropped right down. Need to figure out how to get it to the shop from mission. I recommend them to family a different friends.

I had a flat tire and I showed up with no notice and they sold me a good condition used tire and mounted it for me for wayyyyy cheaper that all other mechanic shops. The staff are extremely friendly and I HIGHLY recommend gerrys to anyone who needs automotive work done. Thank you Frank for being the man you are. I got to watch the staff work on other vehicles and I was very impressed to see staff working together efficiently and effectively. I will never go to another mechanic.

They will rip you off however they can, break parts while they're supposed to be fixing something then charge YOU for their mistakes and do unnecessary work to charge you out the ass for stuff that most certainly does not need to be done. If you are like my auntie and don't know allot about cars they will definitely take advantage of you. And she's not the only one who they've done this too just look at the other reviews they have the same problems with this place.

Been coming here for years. I have a somewhat rare and difficult to work on car, and this is the only shop that's been able to perform the work I need without breaking other stuff or trying to take advantage of me (with most other shops, it seems like it's always one or the other). Customer service unlike other businesses, they care about their customers and truly enjoy getting to know people in the community. I now live an hour away, and I'd rather pay to tow my vehicles here if I have to, than let someone else touch them.

DO NOT take your vehicle here!! This shop is the worst shop in the valley for gouging. If you are unfortunate enough to have to get your vehicle fixed at Gerry's, watch them like a hawk! They will attempt to do unnecessary repairs and maintenance before they actually get to the problem! They are probably not the only shop to do this old scam but they are definitely one of them and they are the one of the worst IMHO. Get a second opinion elsewhere or avoid Gerry's altogether!!

I went in to get a quote on some repairs on my GMC. Great customer service was provided. Very friendly. The quote knocked my socks off though!! It was almost more than my vehicle was worth. So I was concerned and when to another mechanic, he inspected the vehicle and gave me a quote literally half the price and less. He told me Gerry's Automotive is known to charge you for things that DO NOT need fixing, and he proved that to me. On the service sheet from Gerry's Automotive, it said that I needed new front rotors, and when I went to my other mechanic, he said the rotors DO NOT need replacing. And the cost of the front rotors? $133.90/unit, thats crazy!!! Overall, I do not recommend these guys, they tell you to fix things that DO NOT need fixing.

These are the guys give the automotive repair profession a bad reputation. They are friendly and courteous to your face but mix truth with lies to justify their plan to ripoff their customers where they know they can! They will overcharge, overdiagnose, and will not solve your issue until youve been milked and stuck with a ridiculous bill. I've tried these guys on more one occasion after reading 'shining reviews'. Each time they left me with a bill 3x higher than they initially estimated after I told them specifically not to bother trying since my vehicle was not even worth $500. They went ahead with work anyway knowing darn well that it would be a waste of time. Car in both repairs never got repaired properly even after their 'troubleshooting' and ' recomendations' for what should be done. Please take some time researching for finding decent competent reasonably priced service and stay the heck away from Gerry's!
