Never used the shop, this is only based on the service/sales side. Merv is top notch and is so knowledgable, use him for questions and learning because you won't be disappointed. He's also one of the most personable and friendly people in that building. Their products are great quality, and their prices on south bend clutches is awesome.

Ok. I rebuilt the entire front end of my truck when I purchased it as the ball joints were wore out, shocks were toast you name it. The list is long. It was also lifted so I dropped it back to factory. But when excellerating the truck would float from side to side. Weird I thought. Pulling a 5th wheel and hitting the brakes hard one day I almost jack knifed. WTH was going on??? My mechanic had a real good look underneath while I was cranking the steering back and forth on my Dodge 3500 Diesel 6.7, and he noticed the factory track bar was flexing in the middle of the bar. He told me to go BD and get their adjustable heavy duty track bar, so I did. Had it installed and had an alignment done (well have to). And MAN O MAN the truck now drives absolutely straight as an arrow and I can excellerate with confidence. The nose drops and she digs in and rockets without a single shutter. AWESOME!! THANK YOU BD!!! Best money I've ever spent on the truck, absolutely took a burden off my shoulders.

They USED to be a great shop, but now are scammers! Among other things, they charged me $80 duty on a $40 part and claim it took 8 hours to install a turbonot R&R, just to INSTALL it!! Take your business elsewhere!

they are incompetent and they will not honor there warranty and will lie and deceive you till the end, have had 7 transmissions fail from them and have paid thousands of dollars in labor and the longest one lasted was 60,000km and the least was 80km twice. They send out malfunctioning transmissions to you them make your installer take time to troubleshoot then they do not cover the extra costs. The last transmission came with no belt adjustment left. BUYER BE WARE AND I WOULD RECOMMEND TO GO TO ANOTHER VENDOR
