I had a great experience with OK tire, steven at the front desk was friendly and helpful and the technicians in the back were clean and quick!

We had a metal spike in our tire and were travelling through Abbotsford. The staff here were really friendly and were able to help us out right away. The spike ended up not puncturing the tire so they inspected it for us at no charge.

Went in to get a tire repaired and to have my spare checked out. Sadly the tire wasn't repairable but they still checked out my spare and I was not charged for it. It was a nice surprise! The staff there was really nice and I am bound to go there again for my tire needs. Thank you!!

This place used to be great. But then new management happened about a year ago. Was quoted $500+ for a simple brake job. I thought it was high and didn't trust the guy at the front desk. I went to another (very reputable) garage in town and they quoted $200 less! I won't be going to or recommending ok tire anymore.

They kept us very informed about what was happening with parts and cost, was out of a car for a week and they gave me a rental car, being a student this was very convenient and helping. I enjoyed dealing with their service and always felt welcomed and in the best care for my vehicle. I would recommend them to my co-students and family with car issues.

Terrible experience here. Went in to get a simple tire repair and came out with chips out of the paint on my rim. So I talk to the store manager Steven and point out how the chipped paint is right in front of all the spots that they had tried to repair the bead on the tire and he claims it's impossible for it to happen. Terrible service and terrible management. I know mistakes happen, but at least own up the them and fix what mistakes you've made. Would not recommend this tire shop to anyone.

Used to be a great place to do business. Not anymore with the new way of running things (ie new management). I'll be shopping around and taking my loyalty elsewhere where it is valued.

Should call it phenomenal tire. Showed up defeated after looking at three other tire shops to no avail. These guys were the only people in town that had tires to fit my car, and they got me in the next day. Good price too. Not only that, but they looked over my car to make sure she was in tip top shape for a trip up the Coq at no extra charge. Very accommodating, very friendly and very knowledgeable. Highly recommended, and look forward to doing business again.

Very good service, great team and fair with price. We took our Mazda 5 in to have a tire rotation because the tires were making a noise, turns out the tires were shot. They took the time to check over the rest of the car and found the struts were in very bad shape of which I already knew and had priced up parts and was planning to take on the job myself. (Wasn't looking forward to it though). Instead, they worked out a price to replace the tires and struts and some other odds and ends which worked for us. Drove us to where we needed to go. Turns out one of the wheels was crackedno problem, they phoned around to locate a replacement used wheel and had it delivered, that one was warped so they located more wheels to choose the best available replacement and gave us a great deal on the wheel.Thank you for being honest, fair and thorough and also for going the extra mile to look after us with both price and service!!
