  I live in Hawaii and had ordered a utillian 5 from their store on the 12th of April which was a Friday. Amazingly the package made it here by the 22nd and was delivered the next day. It was easy and stress free to get in touch with the store and check in on my package, which is a big deal for anyone and absolutely priceless.
  
  If you want a good deal on products look no further. I saved about 50 USA dollars here, I'm not looking anywhere else for my smoking needs. 10 out of 10 in my book.

  Great store with all the necessities. Wish their hours were more but it's not too bad. Helpful staff who will show you how to replace tobacco with vaping and the road to quitting. Flavours are plentiful, hopefully the authorities don't take these away. Their selection of STLH pods is unmatched in all of Canada.

  I ordered some replacement glass for my rta, they processed it same day and had it out in the mail. Unfortunately it got sick somewhere and there were no advancement in the tracking. I have it a while before taking any action as it was close to the holidays and the shipping is it if their hands. This whole time I was using my tank without the glass and top plate,making it uncomfortable to use. When I got an email to review it I simply posted that I couldn't as it never came in. Shortly after I noticed an email from gas city vapes. They stated that they made a service ticket with Canada post and it should help in getting it to me. I thought it was lost in the mail and would Never come in.
  
  Not long after I get a notification that the package is in!! Might have been just timing and all but the service they gave me is impeccable!!! I will glassy but from Gas City Vapes again and again!! Thanks for the awesome service, expect another order soon!!

  Super friendly, informative and honest staff. I appreciated that despite it being slightly busier at the time I came in, they were still disinfecting surfaces and the debit machine after every customer. Thanks for the awesome service and looking out for customers during these times.
