art&fact's warm and beautiful atmosphere is also reflected in the staff. The customer service/patient care is the best I've ever experienced. I came in for laser services and the customer service started before even entering the clinic. Booking the appointment for the initial visit was a pleasant experience thanks to Ela.

Throughout the visit you are taken care of by the team who makes you feel like you are part of the art&fact family. The team is very informative, took great care in making sure I was comfortable, and are dedicated to help address my concerns. The client care continued even after my appointment with post-service check-ins to ensure my skin was healing properly.

Would 100% recommend choosing art&fact for your beauty needs. I started doing laser hair removal for the first time and was initially nervous but Cynthia, Melissa and the entire team made me feel safe and comfortable.

I've found that some other clinics sometimes focus on "fixing your flaws" but I like that art&fact really emphasizes accentuating your natural beauty. The new location is stunning and the staff are knowledgeable and welcoming - you can tell they're passionate about their work. I trust them wholeheartedly and will definitely be looking into other services here!

My experience at Art&Fact was quick and seamless. Cynthia provided a detailed explanation of my procedure and answered all questions/concerns I had to make sure I felt comfortable with the process. It was extremely easy to trust Cynthia as she is patient, understanding and highly skilled in her practice of medical aesthetics. From the second I stepped into Art&Fact to the second I left, I felt the warmth radiate from every staff member, resulting in an overall amazing experience. I will definitely recommend the services offered here to all my friends and family!

Totally recommend Cynthia and her team! I've been going to Cynthia for well over two years now (total of four procedures). Through each procedure, she ensured that I was well informed and educated, and provided me with a lot of great recommendations based on my facial features. I've always felt very comfortable under her care! My skin is soft, lips are juicy and perfectly shaped to the rest of my facial features, and my chin is tucked with belkyra. What more can a girl ask for?

Plus their new location is absolute beautiful on the inside. You won't regret checking them out!

I've been receiving services from Art&Fact since it opened because I wanted to follow the staff from their previous location. The staff here are so positive, knowledgeable, and very skilled in their services. I have been seeing Cynthia for well over 2yrs for botox; she is always consistent in her work and up to date with new products. I will be a long time client, and will continue to recommend this location to friends and family looking for a clinic! Great Place!
