  We were very happy with the service from Mani and his team and felt that we got "good bang for our buck". He was incredibly thorough and professional in his approach and interactions. He presented an extensive report detailing the rationale behind his recommendations, including his suggested pricing, which left us better informed and more realistic about housing prices. His up-to-date knowledge about the market was outstanding. Plus, his house staging recommendations actually left us wishing we had his advice when we were actually living in the house! The team was friendly, professional and efficient.We would definitely recommend their services.

  A highly professional team. Marketing strategy was well-planned and extremely effective, Shivani was a pleasure to work with and a real blessing to know, as was Deborah, and the other team members.
  When working with Shivani, she would offer her opinion, but she supported our decision all the way, and never made us feel guilty if we didn’t agree. Never have we ever worked with a realtor that we felt was on our side until we worked with her. No pressure to accept a deal just to get the sale . I would give them more stars if we could, highly recommend.

  One satisfied client here. We have sold quite a few houses and dealt with many people in the past. The experience with The Bagga Team was the best to date. They were very warm and accommodating. Mani and his team encouraged us all the time and were very patient in waiting for the right buyer. Never in a hurry to finish the sale by lowering the price to great extent. Appraised our home using his experience and ensured that it is to our advantage.
