My family and I have been going to Dr.Vakeesan ever since they opened their practice here. My mom has received the best medical care from Both drs and so have I. recetly I went with my daughter to rule out an ear infection, Dr.T saw my daughter for the first time and was nothing but kind and understanding. Dr. Vankeesan, words cannot express how amazing she is as a Doctor. She actually LISTENS to you and advocates on behalf of you. If I could I would give 10 stars!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Should be avoid this place, they were and are working as walk in clinic, now they only accept certain people, they don’t even consider if fully vaccinated. Even Ontario government encourage doctors to see patients in person but this doctors here, doing business than service.

My parents have been coming to this clinic since when it first opened. Initially the clinic was very warm and inviting, staff were friendly and the doctors took the time to attentively listen to your concerns. However, over the years the service and reputability of the clinic has gone south and I am actively looking for another family practitioner. As I read the reviews from other people, I am amazed to see that we weren’t the only ones who felt this way about this particular clinic. The receptionist is rude and unprofessional - perhaps she thinks she is not in a westernized, civilized country and feels the right to treat people as if they are beneath her, especially when they are the most sickest and vulnerable. As for the doctors, yes they most definitely get upset if you visit for more than one reason and expect you to make another appointment so that they can essentially swipe your health card. And for the particular care they provide, they don’t provide solutions to fix the problem, rather the prescribe meds to mask the symptoms of the illness. All in all, don’t ever go here.

The secretary is unprofessional and rude. She doesn't understand the basic concept of patient care especially among elderly patients. If you are elderly, find another clinic for care, their ability to provide continuum of care for the elderly is extremely poor, and grossly negligent. When I notified them a few times when my grandmother fainted and fell, and they provided no solution, nor any effort or due diligence to provide follow-up care, and failed to send a referral which the geriatric specialist was waiting for since we knew the doctor. Now she is in the ER. Some care this facility provide. If i could give them a 0 star I would. Terrible medical clinic, and like others mentioned, unprofessional and rude. They need a major refresher on the importance of patient care.
