  For past few years I've been visiting quad dental for a significant number of procedures. Dr Farzad has done an amazing job. I joke that he's an artist, but it really was life changing. The staff are all super friendly, supportive, professional, and made a difficult process much easier for me. Would recommend their office to anyone.

  The front desk staff and the doctor are extremely hospitable and care for the welfare of the patient. I would highly recommend all YorkU students to fulfil all their dental requirements at Quad Dental! A very pleasant experience! As a first time dental patient as an international student in a new country, this was a very comforting outing and I think I will come back here even after I graduate!

  Worst receptionist ever!!!! Very unprofessional and rude!
  I explained the situation to her about my insurance( had to wait for my mother who had all the insurance details to leave work( she works long hours in a very remote place- North Ontario) and forward me the details because when I called the insurance they asked me to ask my mother to call them as she is the holder of the policy. Anyway, receptionist had the audacity to call me and tell me I was wasting her time and kept telling me to stop explaining myself. Your job is to serve customers so please do that. How busy you are is not my concern!!! That’s for you to keep to yourself and provide professional customer service.

  I recently had the pleasure of visiting for my routine dental cleaning, and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed! From start to finish, my experience was nothing short of exceptional, thanks in large part to the incredible hygienist who took care of me.
  
  First and foremost, I must commend the hygienist for their attentiveness and dedication to ensuring my comfort and satisfaction throughout the entire appointment. From the moment I walked in, they greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel right at home. They took the time to listen to my concerns and preferences, showing genuine care and understanding.
  
  During the cleaning process, the hygienist exhibited exceptional skill and expertise. They were meticulous and thorough, leaving no stone unturned in their pursuit of a clean and healthy smile. Not only did they pay close attention to detail, but they also educated me on proper oral hygiene practices, offering valuable tips and suggestions tailored to my specific needs.
  
  What truly stood out to me was the hygienist's commitment to ensuring that everything was in good order. They made certain that I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure, regularly checking in and addressing any concerns I had promptly. Their professionalism and attentiveness left me feeling confident and reassured in their abilities.
  
  Moreover, the overall atmosphere of the dental clinic was welcoming and soothing, which greatly contributed to the positive experience. The staff members were friendly, and the facility was impeccably clean and well-maintained. It's evident that the clinic prioritizes hygiene and maintains high standards of cleanliness, which is essential in a healthcare setting.
  
  In conclusion, I can confidently say that I love and highly recommend their services, especially their exceptional hygienist. Their attention to detail, genuine care, and commitment to providing excellent and commendable service.

  Came in here yesterday for cleaning, and it went smoothly! Appointment was organized and it was done on time. I wasn't sure if they could handle insurance from students that aren't from York or Seneca, but they helped check my insurance records with Humber to see if it still applies.
  The dentist was very nice and polite. Teeth felt cleaned very thoroughly. Would definitely recommend to other students.
