When picking up 5 gallon boxes of floor wax, (Im well over 60) I asked the young girl if she could help. At first she just looked at me. When I asked again she said no, she had a sore back. She didn't even offer me a dolly. I went and found one myself to use. Appalling customer service.

They said they repaired my dehum and ran it for 24 hrs to make sure it was working however when I got it back it wasn't working. I took it somewhere else to repair because I felt they were imcompetent and the new repair depot said Planet Clean installed polarity on a sensor backwards. I gave them the opportunity to reimburse my expense however they didn't. I give them a one star for poor service work, bad customer service and for wasting 5 hours of my time.

Much better quality cleaning equipment for your home with staff who are qualified to answer your needs for products and show you the most capable ways of using less toxic chemicals and I for example only purchase cleaners quarterly. The time and fuel savings alone lessen my footprint. I will encourage you to self educate as much as possible and know what surfaces in your home you clean.
As an example the price of wood floor cleaning tool that will have less than half of the life of products here are about 70% of the price. Spray for dust adhesive and anti-static will make dry mopping much more effective.

Find somewhere else to shop. I ordered 2 batteries for my floor cleaner and was quoted $150 ea. when I went to pick them up they wanted to charge me $250 each. When I asked about the price difference between the quote and the new price they said that's always been the price. Needless to say they were rude and unhelpful.
