  I had a horrible experience working with this Flight Centre location. I put my trust in the agent I was working with and was completely misled. I wasted my vacation time and thousands of dollars. He booked me over spring break after specifically requesting to avoid a week during any spring breaks. He sold me a 5 star resort with photos of a beautiful room but it turned out to be a 2.5-3 star room in a run down motel section at the back of the resort. The agent I worked with and the manager both lied about making a phone call to help resolved the situation. This was confirmed later when someone actually wiling to help was reached and noted that no complaint was left on my file which would have been there if a call was placed. After the fake attempts to help, they repeatedly refused to help. Never use this location!

  Krista is the best. I first met her over a year ago when I was planning a family trip to Hawaii. I called the Flight Centre and she was the one who answered. The rest is history.
  I would recommend her to anyone. Krista is well informed, she knows her business and she'll get the job done in a timely manner.
  You can't go wrong using her for all your travel needs.
