  Mark & his team are great! Very easy to deal with in regards to receiving and removing the bins. The price they offer is very affordable! I highly recommend flat rate bins & will definitely use then again in the future.

  I had an immediate need for a bin and Mark got me a bin in two hours. I was extremely relieved. Understandably this isn't always possible but he really helped me out this time. Compact delivery truck, 14yd bin and no nebulous pricing scheme. He clearly stated the restrictions around cement and masonry materials and it was all good. My wife is extremely happy I got a mess cleaned up in one day.

  Literally got the 14 yard bin the day I called (while at work). They placed it exactly where I asked, with photos to confirm before the driver left. A ton of confusion with the etransfer (on my end) but they worked with me and got it all sorted out by the end of the day, amazing customer service. Would recommend to ANYONE needing a temporary bin (1 week, all-in pricing, drop off and pick up). Great value 👍👍

  I highly recommend Flat Rate Bins for your dumpster rental needs. Their customer service is excellent, their prices are fair, and their equipment is well-maintained. From start to finish, the process was smooth and easy. The driver was prompt and careful when dropping off and picking up the dumpster, making sure to leave the area clean and tidy. Five stars all around!

  We were cleaning out my dad's house after 55 years in the same home. I was so grateful to find Mark & Flat Rate Bin! It was reassuring to know we didn't have to worry about the weight of what was going in the bin. Mark was so quick to respond to our requests for bins (we had to get bins twice). We were able to get the bins we wanted when we needed them. He texted us just before the bins arrived and were picked up. Can't say enough about this great business!
