I was a first time client and the overall experience with Need a Bin was great from beginning to end. They were up front, no hidden charges, everything was as they said it was. I have used their services a couple of times and had the pleasure of meeting Matthew their delivery driver and he was way better than I expected, he went above and beyond our expectations. Matthew was professional, pleasant and courteous. Everything was to our satisfaction, we will definitely be using their services again. I always deal with Pat from Need a Bin, he's very quick to reply to messages and gets a bin delivered quickly when I need it! He also organizes a quick pick up as well. Top notch as always and I will always deal with Pat when I need a disposal bin .

We decided to use Need A Bin and it was so easy to book the Bin rental. The entire process was great too. Nikki was very helpful, picking the right size disposal bin and the quote was competitive . When the driver arrived he placed the bin exactly where we asked. (placed wood planks even though my driveway isn't in the best condition. :) When I was done with the bin they came the same day. I know its just a bin rental but they were amazing. I would defiantly recommend them to anyone who is looking for great service!
