  Service was very professional! Amazing response time and managed to order in a screen part for one of my older OnePlus phones. Online contact form was convenient and hassle free. Technician was super helpful and went above and beyond my expectations on getting phone repaired.

  I was very impressed how quickly Ron was able to come and fix my phone screen within the same day I called. It was very convenient as he came to me and did the contactless repair right away. He was very professional and did provided amazing service. Payment was easy and convenient via etransfer. If I ever break this screen again. I’ll definitely give you guys a call!

  I was without my phone for a month after a battery issue, and thankfully I was able to find Fix Factory. They were so very helpful and informative during the whole process, also very convenient when they came to my house and fixed my phone in their drive way. Even during the pandemic, I was able to fix my phone to my needs for a reasonable price, as well as remain safe during the pandemic!

  Man what an awesome experience I received from the tech. He not only came to my location, he did the repair on site which was amazing and allowed me to focus on my business and family time.
  
  Communication was on point, direct and quick responses. He was very knowledgeable, good to answer any questions I had, and gave me updates every step of the way.
  
  Good thing I have a big family because I will definitely be recommending these guys and to everyone I know!!!
