Asked for a cab and was told itd be there in 10 minutes. Ended up waiting 45 minutes in the cold and everytime i i called back they said "hes almost there". And then to make things better my bluetooth headphones fell out as i got in the car. I told the driver to wait a second and what does he do? He backed up and drove right over my pair of $60 headphones.

Oh and then to make things even better he charged me double because i was using the back of his car to move my tv.

One of their drivers (cab 201) is a jerk and believes he owns the road. Rides your bumper honking telling you when you are meant to turn left into oncoming traffic. Then follows you into a parking lot and demands you let him pass before your able to back into a stall. When you half backed in and your car is on a angle he pulls up leaving less then 6 inches so you scrape your car on his grill. If you ask him kindly to back up he tells you that you should ''pull ahead so he can pass then I can back in'' as he put it, then he pulls up even closer. I had to ask a pedestrian if it was going to scrape my car. I will never recommend this company to anyone.

I left my purse in the backseat of one of there taxi vans on Saturday February 3rd around 1am. I have called multiple times and the dispatcher has been unable to get a hold of the driver to locate my purse..I know I left it in the taxi. Hoping to hear back from them soon.
