Customer service non-existence.
Stepped inside the store in the afternoon yesterday and stood in front of the front desk for 2 minutes without getting any greeting from the lady behind the desk. They were just giggling and laughing behind the desk pretending the hardest she could that I was invisible. Until she finally noticed my eyes staring at her for literally 2 minutes and finally said how can I help you?
As I was explaining to her that I was looking for a set of winter rims for my BMW M4, the owner (mike) cuts into the conversation and offered me a set of used tires+rims that was left in the shop by a previous customer. I then asked for the specs of the rims+tires, I then confirmed with him that I'll make my decision of whether to take the used set in two days.
The next day I called back in the store at 10am in the morning, The owner (mike) answered the phone. As I mentioned politely that "I just have a few simple questions now before I take the the set today". As I got to the 2nd question "just want to double make sure this set is a custom build for M4 and it's going to be fitting perfectly onto the car?" I even explained that I haven't found any other M4 owners with this specific rims on the internet that's why I just want to make sure. He strangely blew up on the phone and started bashing at me saying "why would you look at the internet? Why would you believe anything on the INTERNET? I'm telling you that this set came off from an M4 and it will fit and that's it!" I was indeed shocked over his attitude, and as I was going to move on to my final question on my list (there was only 3 in total), he then said "look, there are 3 people standing in front of me right now, what else do you want to ask?"
Just to throw in a reference. I was in the shop for less than 10 minutes and the entire phone call was 2 minutes and 35 seconds from start to finish.
Of course I decided to make my purchase else where, and this is my first time writing a review in my life, only because I'm literally shocked by the owner's attitude. And I mean it when I say shocked. if you're okay with receiving this kind of extreme attitude, you should definitely give the Extreme Wheel & Tire a try.
Last but not least, as a business owner of a chain store with more than 10 locations myself, just want to give you my 2 cents Mike, There is a reason why TrilliTires right next door was much busier than you guys at the same time of the day.response / report this review -

I needed alloy wheels for summer tires and am so glad I went to Extreme. After checking around, it was Mike's help and experience that guided me to make the perfect choice for my car. Mike was very helpful and patient – not pushy but knowledgeable, and had a better selection than I had seen elsewhere.

Happened to stumble upon this place through a quick Google maps search. Called the number and was greeted by Mike. I was immediately impressed by his eagerness and helpfulness and decided I didn't need to search any further. First of all, the level of service is awesome. I told Mike the kind of wheels I was looking for and within minutes he called me back with several options that weren't even in his current inventory. He told me the name of the wheels so I could look it up on Google images, gave me a few options with the tires to go with the wheels, and ordered then for me straight away. The price was also very fair (I did a lot of comparing). The best part was that since I was so busy at the time because of work, he offered to pick the car up for me himself from my office parking lot (while I was out in the field in my work truck), brought it to his shop and installed the wheels and tires. He even cleaned and painted my brake calipers for free! Needless to say, Mike is the man and he's earned another customer for life.

Great service, and extremely knowledgeable about tires and rims. Fully accurate quotes and pricing. After shopping around I won't go anywhere else for my wheels and tires. Highly recommended.

Outstanding service. I made an error and hit a curb, damaging the sidewall of my winter tire at about 11 am. I called CAA for a doughnut change and called Extreme about a new tire. While limping home, I dropped off the damaged tire and wheel. By 2pm they had sourced the new tire, had it delivered had it installed on the wheel. Service just doesn't get better than this!

Provided a quote by email that gave me several options, and included install and tax. Honoured the quote a month later to the penny. Booked an appointment with only a couple of days notice during winter tire season. Called my name as I walked through the front door and my car was ready by the time I had completed a short errand. Nothing complicated, but they did everything right along the way.

Mike was an excellent resource. Fast efficient service. Needed 2 high end rear tires for my M3 and he was able to get them and install them same day.
