Empowering Leaders don't create followers, they create more leaders. ትምህርት ፪፬ በተከታዬቻችን ክብርን የማግኝያ መንገዶች፨ ፍሬያማ መሪ ለመሆን ከተከታዮች እዉነተኛ ክብር መኖር አለበት እዉነተኛ ክብር ደግሞ በሃይልና በጉልብት አይመጣም ፤ የሰዎችን ልብ ማግኘት ብቂ ነው። ሰዎች የምንናግርውን ሳይሆን የምናርገውን አይተዉ ያከብሩናል ። በጣም ጠቃሚና ወቅታዊ ትምህርት ስለሆነ ለዉጥን ለማየት ለሌሎች አስተላልፉት እዉቀት ሲሰራጭ ሃይል አለዉ ። Here we continue to speak about what it means to gain respect as a leader.

At Excel Family & Youth Society, we would like to extend our deepest condolences to the Family of Fasika, a bright young man who suddenly passed at the age of 20.
We as a community mourn this sudden loss. Fasika participated in our Gala Night and brilliantly performed and made us all laugh.
We will extend our thoughts and prayers to his Family and Friends who are mourning.
