I visited the clinic in 2019, the first treatment I got was skin tightening around my eyes, the results were amazing, I had further positive procedures that year.. I have been back this year and had the skin tightening again as well as filler in my cheeks. I am so impressed, I looked at pictures from 2019 compared to this month and I look younger today that the previous pictures. Dr. Chetty is very knowledgeable and professional explaining what treatments will work best for me, and I greatly appreciate the follow up appointments to check on my progress. I highly recommend Cerulean for your skin care needs. Thank-you

I did not have a good experience at Cerulean Medical Institute. I had cheek filler done 9 months ago and immediately had a bump/ridge under my right eye. I immediately let the office know and was assured it was just swelling and would go away in a couple days. After a couple of days I contacted Cerulean again and expressed my concern that it was filler and not swelling. Again they told me it was swelling and not to worry about it. I went back in to have it looked at and was told again it was only swelling. I emailed back a month later and a couple months after that to let them know the “swelling” did not go away. After 9 months the bump under my right eye is still there. The last time I contacted Cerulean (about 6 months most treatment) they said this swelling would go away once the filler goes away. Hence, I spent a large amount of money to have a bump under my eye for 1-2 years. I was not provided with any treatment to remedy this error or any compensation despite that I continued to express concern and complaints.

Since I started going to Cerulean to treat my stubborn adult acne I’ve seen a steady improvement in the health of my skin. They created a treatment plan based on my skin’s needs and have continued to refine it as we go. I am very happy with the results so far and wish I’d gone to them sooner.

I chose Cerulean Medical Institute because of their positive reviews. They did not disappoint! I arrived for one procedure and because I was so pleased I had 2 more different treatments. The staff is professional, very knowledge and they truly care about your skin care.

I called in to ask about my under eye area. I have very thin, pale skin and the veins under my eyes are pretty visible. I’ve been calling around a few places and wanted to go to a couple consultations and get some different opinions. I was all ready to book my appointment until I was told a $300 non-refundable deposit is required for all consults. The lady on the phone said I could use it on anything…great. So, before even walking in to the clinic, being told of my options and the risks/benefits of the procedure, I’m forced to pay. I have NEVER heard of a deposit of this amount before. $20, I can handle, but $300? I didn’t even know if I wanted to get anything done, I simply wanted to be informed of my options and go from there. They haven’t even seen my under eye area and therefore have no idea if they even can help me. I went to a vein clinic about 5 years ago and was told they couldn’t do under my eyes since the area is so delicate. So if I booked in and decided I didn’t want anything done to my under eyes, or if they weren’t able to help me, I’d still have to pay $300. This is absurd.

I’ve booked a couple appointments at other clinics and haven’t been asked by any of them to make ANY deposit.

I understand time is money, and offering free consultations results in less profit, but requiring such a hefty deposit proves this clinic values profits over having their clients feel comfortable, well informed, and unpressured.
