  I am very impressed with Crystal the Community Manager who understand my tight schedule and cheerfully and promptly processed my showing and application within 24 hours !! Amazing
  Words can't say enough about her smiley welcome and hard work to process the application within the tight time line.
  The community and buildings are new and clean and includes all the amenities you would like to have and enjoy with.

  What's up world? So! I just move to Calgary as a new Officer in need of a placed to live. I've been looking around for months, and as you know Calgary is infested with new apartment listing every day, so I was very frustrated. I was finally introduce to Emerald Sky, and it was a game changer. I meet Crystal and Noelle at the office and their hospitality was amazing. They were very friendly and knowledgeable with the in and out about the property and what I was looking for. So if you're looking for a great place or neighborhood to live , check out EMERALD SKY. Crystal and Noelle is on point.

  I am very impressed by this condo complex. I had made an appointment to speak with Ansu, the agent there at Emerald Sky, and she was so pleasant and easy to talk to. She gave me all the information that I needed to help make my decision to move to Emerald Sky and now I am super excited about my move! I love the location of this complex and the views are spectacular. Looking forward to sitting on my balcony with a glass of wine and watching the clouds roll by.

  I have had multiple issue. Firstly, management in all areas has an extremely high turn over. Like a few months at most. The place is broken everywhere including lights in the hallways, EXIT signs, door handles not working properly and written on instead of fixed. Your emails will not be responded too at all, and if it isit takes days to get a response.
  
  They did inspections in my building and gave notice so I let them know they cannot come in due to I am in isolation. They did not respond and of course walked into my unit anyways.
  The garage door is always broken and open. Leaves us at risk of theft in cars and people can come freely into the building.
  
  Now I am finally moving, and they are refusing to give a full deposit backeven though the things they want completed such as professional cleaning services is NOT listed in the lease upon move out details.
  
  I’ve lived here since it has opened , a few years
  Please just save the hassle and move to another building. It’s very frustrating, and my close friend has just moved away from the sister building in April as well from issues with a management.

  Went to view some units. We didn't have an appointment booked (because we couldn't get in contact with anyone to make an appointment) but they were able to accommodate us and show us around. However, the units we viewed themselves were nothing like the pictures, very dark, and already looked run down. The lady who was giving us the tour was not very knowledgeable, couldn't answer basic questions like pricing, square footage or utilities. She was new in her role, but did not seem to be very professional. The outside of the buildings were beautiful, but the inside was run down, and sketchy. I would not be comfortable with my fiance walking around alone at night there.
