My experience with the doctor was wonderful. He is really working hard to help reduce the amount of pain I am in, and willing to try new things.

However, my experience with the reception staff was not nearly as positive. The receptionist was very rude the first time I went to the clinic and my recent appointment. If you get cortisone injections, you have to refill their stock. This is odd as I have never been asked to do this before, and apparently you are supposed to bring the refills to a pharmacy downstairs, which I was not told to do the last time I was in. She advised that I return the medication to the pharmacy. (which you can't do).

I won't go into the whole interaction, but I really like the doctor, but the reception is not a fun experience and makes me question whether or not I want to go back to the clinic.

Thanks to the knowledgable and caring staff at Body Restoration, I am making progress with my injury. An great group of professionals who look at things whollistically.

Dr. Lawrence is amazing very understanding with my mom and will always make sure all of her questions are answered and she understands what he is explaining to her.

Caring and friendly staff. Would recommend. Check there website they do alot more then just physiotherapy.

I have been working with William Le for the past month to rehabilitate my hand post surgery. Will is very kind, patient & professional. I highly recommend him and this clinic. 5 Stars all the way!! Thank you Will & the team at Body Restoration.
