  While I have never been to this place, here is what I can tell you. Last year when my sister was diagnosed with cancer she was looking for a dentist. Her oncologist told her she had to tell the dentists up front she has cancer and is on chemo. My sister phoned a couple places and they made her feel unwelcome, like they didn’t want to deal with her situation. It made her feel like an outcast, on top of all she’s going through. Grrr. When she phoned Trinity family dental they showed her immediate compassion and kindness. She tells us they have been extraordinarily kind to her. So from my family, we want to thank you all for making some moments easier on my sisters journey.

  I’m the classic scared/nervous patient and they absolutely always make me feel at ease. I’ve gotten so comfortable now I don’t even mind going and I might even almost look forward to it. Highly recommend them.

  I have never met a more kind and professional staff. Everyone here is so warm. This is not a staged review, I’m a real client with nothing but great experiences here, including today’s.
  Dr. Karolin has been very generous with me and has gone above and beyond. I love when different cultures talk in their language. There is nothing wrong with that. I don’t think they treat people differently because they are on AISH, I imagine they just do things according to the guidelines. You can’t make everyone happy. Don’t let the negativity get to you. God bless all of you. We see your hearts! The kindness here will keep me coming back always.

  It is so obvious when reading these reviews that they are all staged. What a joke! I went to this place to get a tooth fixed. The whole time I was getting my treatment the doctor and her assistant talked in their own language and watched TV while working on my tooth. Scary! My tooth was so sensitive and painful. I went to another dentist to get it fixed only to find out they had drained all of my insurance in one visit! I have read many similar posts about these guys on Leduc Rant and Rave and they all warn to stay away from this nasty clinic. Check it out, it’s all there.
  And yes I did go to your clinic, and no, I’m not a ‘paid troll’, and you know darn well that everything I have said in this review is truth.

  I've said it before, I'll say it again. This place is awesome!! Esthetically beautiful and clean. The place looks brand spanking new! All the girls are soooo nice!! They're very prompt so you arent sitting around waiting forever. You can watch TV while getting your service, and the Dentist is so awesome. She's super empathetic and understanding. She takes the time to ensure you're comfortable before starting anything, and shes continuously checking in during the service to ensure you're still comfortable. This place is just so great. Highly recommend!!!
