This review comes with mixed emotions. I will start with good stuff!
Mark and Josh are top notch when it comes to responding to issues and I would do business with them again in a heartbeat! The cars on their lot are always clean and look great. These two made several trips to my home to help me out with issues..thank you both for that again!!
Ok now the not so good. I purchased a 2008 Land Rover LR2 a couple months ago that was being driven by the wife of one of the employees. This gave me comfort when deciding to purchase this vehicle but yikes.I have had nothing but problems with it ever since. The A.C. does not workthe back seat wheel well floods when it rains due to a severe sunroof leak.the rear brakes squeal badly.the right headlight is quite dim compared to the left.the light showing what gear you are in does not function.the rear passenger door does not lock properly and cannot be opened from the inside.the windshield is equipped with defrost simular to rear defrost that does not work. I think I have listed all issues but wow.this thing is a ginormous lemon. I also was given the crystal ball speech and I get itit is a used car! I guess it is my horrific luck but it has been and continues to be a very painful experience that that continues to cost me hundreds of dollars!!!! I feel horrible every time I call them to tell them about the latest issues.they continue to offer advice on where to go to resolve issues and I am grateful for that.response / report this review -

This was a beautiful experience in purchasing a car. There was no pressure, just assistance from Mark and the Owner, Gerry.
All of our concerns were met honestly and we love our vehicle. I purposely waited to post a review to see if any problems would arise. Two years later and our car is still great. Thanks, guys.response / report this review -

These guys took excellent care of me. I totalled my car and had limited funds from the insurance guys but Mark & Josh were very helpful finding an excellent quality car within my budget. I felt like I could really trust these guys.. No stupid one-liners, no tricks, they'll tell you how it is while giving you a deal!

i have bought 2 cars from Elmwood one for me and one for my daughter.Both transactions were great! I dealt with Josh both times he listened to what i needed and picked cars that worked for me.

Great experience from start to end with these guys. Peace of mind with the included warranty and option to extend warranty is an asset and set Elmwood apart from the rest. Mark, Josh and Gerry are professional guys that will hook you up and get you rolling! Highly recommended!

The best service I have ever experienced buying a vehicle hands down. Mark was fundamental in making sure that all my questions were answered which I had a lot of and called him many times and every single time he offered me top notch service.
I live in Toronto and will drive to London anytime to experience this level of service. Do yourself a favor and visit these guys, you will not be disappointed.
