EasyRent is exactly as the name says "Easy!". I had been struggling to rent a house due to my pet in my desired location. Sean, Sophia and team were extremely professional in their approach, it was smooth to get all the verification and paper work done and boom! I am writing this email from my new home! Sophia is an extremely knowledgeable, honest and accommodating agent at Easy rent. She responds to inquiries in a timely manner and was fully versed about several properties I was inquiring about. She goes out of her way to assist in making viewings easy and Never impatient during the decision making process. She is professional and personable. She is a pleasure to work with.

I viewed several apartments downtown with agent Sophia and I had an overall great experience. The places were all clean, and good condition. Great views.

I was running a few minutes late to first showing and Sophia was accommodating to wait for me and was helpful with all my questions. There was also someone else there viewing same time as me and we wore masks and took seperate elevators which made me feel comfortable.

Thank you as I just recommend EasyRent to some friends looking for a new place as well.

The property wasn't up to clean standards when we moved in. We should have reported this, but we just got on and cleaned it instead. I would say that was the previous tenant, but should have been checked. Other than that Easy Rent were great!

Easy Rent quickly dealt with issues and sent out repair staff when required. Always promptly responsed to emails - very friendly and helpful. We were very happy with the service we received, I would happily recommend. Thanks!
