  Unbelievable, if you intend on never responding to potential clients than do not invite people to contact you " for any questions". It has been impossible to get a simple yes or no response from Seva. Just a waste of time.

  Seva is our go to guy for property management. He's very active in the market and knowledgable about current rental rates, inventory and tenant placement. And he works hard to maximize the rental potential for properties. We've referred many clients to him over the years, and continue to recommend him to anyone looking for a great property manager.

  Seva at Vancouver Rental Group has taken care of my property for the past 6 years and I couldn't ask for a better property manager!
