They don't care for the people they don't know. It looks very awkward when you get ignored. It happened to me so I decided not to to go back there.

Yes they are nice but only with their new clients. If they say soon gonna give you back call during their working hours or anytime. Trust me you won’t recieve any. I’ve filed tax of this year from them and I’ve recieved less refund than calculated and these guys say we don’t have time to check or call CRA will talk to you in May.
That’s KP’s customer service.
Don’t know about anyone else. I’ve had a bad service this time.response / report this review -

KP ACCOUNTING AND TAX SERVICES - is always so helpful every time I email with a question or go in for our yearly tax appointment. If you need help with your taxes and don't know what to do.call Advanced KP Accounting and Tax Services in Edmonton, they are good at what they do and will help you with your situation. (I have continued to use them each year and am so happy I do)

Great place to tax services, Just wanted to thank Edmonton KP Accountant for reaching out, giving me a lot of information and referring me a company that would be able to better assist in a particular situation. I really appreciate the help and I will definitely come back next tax season.
