We stayed in the East Roomit had wonderful views and private access to the garden and street beyond. The garden area was huge.we spent a couple of hours parked on the deck watching the birds flitting through the trees with the lake view behind. Truly a little paradise. Birders, bring your binoculars! Just from ojr spot on the deck, we saw multiple orioles (must have been a nest or two nearby, but we couldnt spot it), wrens, and a couple of woodpecker varieties without trying. Fairly easy walk to the main downtown area hilly, but manageable in about 15 to 20 minutes.
Breakfast was large and varied.and our hosts couldn't have been nicer. Lots of bread options with various toppings, and yummy omelettes if you want something larger. Yogurt, fresh fruit, juices.something for everyone.
Room was clean, private, beautifully furnished and had an adjourned bathroom. Great spot to stay.response / report this review -

We are very glad we stayed here. Our owners were very welcoming and gave us great hints of things to do an places to eat in the area. They even set up a fire for us in the fire pit, with marshmallows. Very nice, peaceful location a few minutes from the beach and downtown.

Great spot, Port Stanley is a lovely place, and this bed & breakfast is beautiful! Delicious breakfast, attention to details in room and bathrooms. Owners are welcoming, they even allowed us to use their BBQ and kitchen in the evening. Really nice place where we spent a couple of day in July 2015. We could have easily spent 2 more days!
