Service not as used to be, to many mistakes with filling up the orders. New supplies of tile leveling sucks!!! They don’t break up as easy as should!!! Don’t buy Mono Serra!!!

We cannot say enough good things about the service we received at Dragona. The expertise, friendly service and patience they showed us made us feel so welcome and taken care of. We had a hard time choosing and so we were there for several hours and the entire time they answered our questions happily and patiently without ever making us feel rushed or like we were putting them out. They also made several recommendations that saved us money and improved our design. In the end we saved money and got superior products that looked far better in our home. We will never buy from anyone else and are recommending Dragona to all our friends and family. Thank you for taking so much time to ensure we got what we needed at the best price.

My hubby and I are doing some Renos to make our home look and feel better! We were greeted and well taken care of by a lady by the name of Nour. She was very helpful and gave great suggestions. We bought the flooring and I’m loving the look of my home!

Great tile selection and knowledgeable staff. As per underlayment, they don’t carry Ditra but only Prova.
