  Absolute horrendous customer service. Staff have no people skills. Bikes and accessories are overpriced. Just overall terrible.

  Asked for a new chain, screws, and a clean up for my bike, did not receive what I asked for and still had to pay. (pic: my old chain still on it, hard to see the the rust in the lighting)

  I took my bike to Doug's for a rear shock issue that I was having. They had to send the shock away so I was without a bike for a few weeks. One of the staff let me use their own personal bike so I could still ride. The bill was quite reasonable considering all the work they did. I did not buy my bike from them but they treated me as though I did. Great group of people providing great service.

  I had a horrible experience trying to buy a bike at Doug's. The guy that opened the store was curt and gave me the impression that he didn't want my business, so I went elsewhere. For better service and a wider selection of bikes, try Bike Universe or Bike Doctor as opposed to this place!

  I really like supporting Doug's as a local business. The staff is always knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. The prices are decent and the products are excellent. I'm an avid rider and this is my go-to bike shop in Saskatoon.

  Merry Christmas!!!! My Boy found a great bike, and we made sure we went to Doug's. We received great treatment and respect. (Make sure you always speak to the rider and not the money man, guys..would be my only criticism.) They stayed a few minutes late, made sure he was happy, suggested that, he have a light, bell, etcThey supersized us!! I love when a salesperson can be true and do their job properly!!! If presented, qualified and ooze Customer serviceI will reward by purchasing more!!
