Went to all the bike shops in Saskatoon and this place definitely had the best customer service. Always eager to help out and give any advice they have. Very happy with the service i get everytime i go there.

The staff at Bike Universe are helpful, patient, and extremely knowledgeable about bikes and accessories. I had to return a bike that I purchased because my kids seat wouldn't fit, but they were very understanding and let me return without any hassle. I will definitely return for future purchases!

The sales staff are always friendly and helpful whether you are riding a $100 bike or a $3000 one. Staff are actually knowledgeable about products and make sound recommendations. If they don't have what you are looking for they'll offer to order it in, or tell you which other bike shops carry it.
My current favorite bike shop in the city.
