No complaints! The spa is kept very clean, the staff are friendly and efficient. They manage to work miracles on my feet - very pleased with the service here compared to other similar venues across the city.

The service here is absolutely outstanding! The management really cares about their customer service and you'll be able to enjoy every second! I really enjoyed my acrylic nails they're perfectly shaved and perfectly Polished!

My mom and I went here for my 25th birthday today. We had appointments but we were running late, so I called in and they could still take us-which was great. We both got regular polish pedicures, and I got a regular polish manicure as well. Our appointments were pretty low maintenance, but the same price as anyone else for the same service. Unfortunately, they did not talk to us during the appointment, they moved on to other clients and essentially forgot about us. My mom's toes were drying for 20 minutes, no one asked us how we were doing, or anything. Plus, they rushed because it was an "easy" Appointment, I have polish all over the skin around toes, which should have been removed before drying. Not happy.

I was in today at this nail salon to get a full set of nails. This was my first visit here at DV nails, The lady that did them for me did a great job :) -- I will definitely be back. If I remember correctly her name is Vanna . Thanks Vanna!

I have been getting my nails and eyebrow waxing done here for about a year and I don't have any complaints. The staff is always accommodating and will find a way to get you in even with little notice. I always get compliments on my nails and if one chips or I'm not happy with the way they look staff are accommodating in fixing them without cost! Would recommend!

My experience with Double V Nails has been nothing short of perfect each time. I have been to many nail salons around the city, and I have never been so pleased with the finished product as I have been with this place. I am not extremely picky, but I know and appreciate great quality work when I see it. The shape of my nails are on point each time. The eyebrow waxing is perfection, I couldn't be happier to have found this place. Most places it's rush, rush, rush to get you out the door so they have time for more customers but not this place! The time and effort definitely does not go unnoticed. Thank you Vanna for always doing such a great job!!

Very bad experience. I do not recommend going there for eyebrows. Spent $11.20, on getting my eyebrows waxed. Did not cut or trim. Also when it comes to getting my nails done there, they do not do a very good job. Asked for a certain shape, ended up being another one.
