Silver Scissors is a great place to get a cut. The owners are personable and listen to how you want your hair cut, then proceed to cut it as requested. How many times have we gone to get a hair cut to leave the establishment wondering, "What kind of hair cut is this?" Not the case with Silver Scissors.
