First time I've gone in and read the reviews thus the very late response to something post a year ago.

I'm not sure what "Jane Doe's" problem is (if you're going to bad mouth people, own it instead of the anonymous back stab). For me, if I'm asking for something too young I appreciate someone telling me that it's not for me but that's just me. Perhaps it's better that you stick to a box dye that way you can look 12 forever if you choose to. It sounds to me like it was one particular person - unfair to paint the entire salon with the same brush - change your stylist! It's all about building relationships. Okay enough of the cattiness.

My experience has been exceptional since the day Towne opened. I find the service to be great and the people to be very friendly and accommodating - I have never received a bad hair cut or dye job. They listen to what I want and do it. They stand by it. They've told me over and over if I don't like it that they will redo it (I've never had to take them up on the offer). Try them - you won't be sorry.

The first positive is that you have a very attentive Owner/Stylist on site 98% of the time. Great small town feel and you know that they value your business. We have referred dozens of friends and family over the past year and each and everyone has made the switch to Towne Hair. That speaks volumes!!
