My daughter was just in the store with my 4 year old grandson. He needed to use the washroom. She asked if she would be able to take him to the washroom and she was refused. He peed his pants and was humiliated! Now I can see refusing an adult, they should be able to "hold it", but a wee one has a hard time controlling their bladder. I have not visited the new Your Dollar Store and More that has opened in the mall. I had decided to support Dollarama because they have been in the community for so long. This changes now, I will be doing my shopping at the new store from now on
