Today I truly needed help with a situation that I could not take care of because I was 7 hrs away from being able to help my daughter. Diana at Discount Car Rental in Grande Prairie stepped up so great that she actually filled my shoes as a mom and then some. My daughter was stranded and needed to get to Calgary, her car broke down so the only way to get to Calgary was to get a rental. Diana made it happen quickly and efficiently with out any issues at all and even gave my daughter a hug as she was about to leave with her rental. Thank you Diana for helping my daughter and helping my mother anxiety disappear, big hugs back to you!

Diana and Krysten are amazing people to deal with, very professional and accommodating. I rented a gmc truck one day and decided to switch to a dodge truck the next day for personal preference and the switch was seamless, no issues at all, Krysten even stayed late so i could switch trucks after work. Top quality trucks / vehicles everytime. I have rented vehicles many times from discount and never had a single issue. Keep up the great work, I will definitely keep renting from discount and absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a rental.

I work in customer service and I know the ordeals it can bring, it's never easy to cope with adults that are worse than babies with their capricious mindset. You guys were great, the support was fantastic. Shout out to Andrew and his team , Alex , Kristen and brenda.

I want to say thank you first off to the Staff that made my situation matter to them, I was only needing a vehicle for a few days while my van needed work done on it. They matched my needs to the perfect vehicle another Van with all the options that I needed. They picked me up at the Garage that my vehicle was getting fixed and then after i was done with the rental dropped me back off to pick up my repaired van. Alex was a great gentleman to deal with. If your needing a vehicle to drive in Grande Prairie you call this rental company and ask for Alex.
