ADMIN OPENING!
REQUIRED: 1. 3+ years experience as an executive assistant (virtual is ok) 2. ABSOLUTELY IMPECCABLE organizational skills 3. Fluent English 4. Customer follow and service experience over the phone and via email. 5. Ability to work independently, figure things out but ask for help when spinning your wheels.
PLUSES: 1. Experience in the digital marketing industry a plus 2. Familiar with Google sheets/docs or MS Office 3. Will pay extra for website management (wordpress)
I need 35 hours per week.
Job duties: Lead management, client on boarding, task assignment to internal consultants, updating CRM system, follow up calls and emails to clients, internet research, general admin tasks.
Note: I have very high standards, and need someone with higher standards than my own.
