Recently purchased a new Buick from Davis GMC. Without going into too much detail, our transaction was complicated, however the team could not do enough to help us. Shiela Croker was a fantastic sales consultant and helped us enormously as did Robin Lane who dealt with the finance. We are delighted with our new Buick Encore and have no hesitation in recommending Davis GMC.

I had a very positive experience when purchasing my pre-owned truck from Dave Leitch. He was good about finding out information on the truck that I was looking for. He also got my truck ready for pick up 2 days earlier then was planned at the dealership.

I also dealt with Robin Lane, for financing and the paperwork which was done through email as I don't live in Medicine Hat. He was very informative and helpful in getting everything ready to pick up my truck.

Everyone at the dealership was very professional and I would buy another vehicle form them in the future.

Love our recent purchase. Shelia is by far the best vehicle sales person we have ever dealt with. She was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and her after sale tutorial when we picked up the vehicle was fantastic. From the tour of the dealership to how to use features in the vehicle, she gets a prefect ten in our books. Thanks so much for making it a fun and positive experience.

This is our second purchase from Davis in 2 years,

We dealt with Ian in sales and Justin in finance, both young men were exceptional and helpful (patient too)
Ian went the extra mile to find us a vehicle within our limited budget (both Pensioners), would definitely recommend choosing Davis.
Our second experience was 100% better than the first as far as the sales person was concerned.

I bought a Volkswagen Tiguan at Davis GMC my salesman was Robert Tuck was awesome I would recommend him to everyone he takes his time at finding you the vehicle you want. He's very patient with you and after you buy a vehicle he makes sure that you know everything about your vehicle and he's always available if you have questions . Robin Lane the Financial Manager was great he helped me get approved for my loan and explained everything in great detail. I would recommend Davis GMC to everybody it is a place filled with friendly people

If you are looking for a new or used vehicle, ask for Ian Knell at Davis GMC in Medicine Hat!!! Ian was very patient and helpful with all of the questions that we had about the vehicle we were interested in. Ian looked after us to find the best deal for the vehicle that we now own Robin Lane worked super hard to get us a great finance rate!! Robin was also very patient and helpful with the questions we had!! He explained everything we needed to know about the financing process Thank you so so very much Ian and Robin!!!!! Kelly and the team were increadibly helpful in helping us find our vehicle. He listened to what was important to us, never tried to push anything on us. We've had other dealerships that hide things in small print or don't tell you everything that's going on, well that wasn't the case here. They encouraged us to ask questions, made a point of explaining everything to us so there was no surprise. Even after the papers were signed they were still so helpful with anything that we needed or asked about. Just an amazing team of people there. Definitely coming back to get another vehicle here.

I went to a few dealerships to try order my Chevrolet Cruze hatchback before trying Davis Should have tried them in the initially! Within two weeks of initial contact, I had placed the order for my car. Sheila was very helpful and friendly, and did not try to push me into buying an alternative in-stock car. The impression I received was that the sales team will do everything they can to exceed a customer's expectations. I would recommend Sheila at Davis Medicine Hat to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Davis will be my first stop when I next go vehicle shopping!!
