I was dreading shopping for a bridesmaids dress being a larger woman, however the ladies there were wonderfully supportive and lots of laughs. They made the whole experience a good one

They were so very kind and determine to help me find the dress that brought tears to my eyes. They did just that!
We had to put it on a rush order in January 2017, so I could receive it at the end of April as I was getting married May 13th, 2017. First they lost the dress during shipping. Then they got sent the wrong dress, and in all this time it was me calling them not them calling me. It is now June 15th, 2017 and I am still waiting for my dress 😟 it's heartbreaking.response / report this review -

When I first went in I was really happy with everything. My wedding dress was due to come in March and it is now almost June and my dress just arrived.
They initially made and sent the wrong dress. Not ONCE did the owner try to contact me about any of it. Whe I called she stated they sent the wrong dress, don't you think you would call your bride to be and let her know? Nope they don't care about calling anyone back. Then I called just a couple weeks ago and needless to say I wasn't very kind on the phone as my dress was going on 3 months late. I stressed the owner called me, not once did she call me or even think that she should. In my opinion this is the WORST customer service I have ever had in my life. So if you have set a date and you NEED your wedding dress by a certain time I would think TWICE about going here. No regard for the customer at all.response / report this review -

The staff are wonderful and more than helpful. Friendly environment and a nice clean space. Would recommend this store for grad dresses and wedding dresses.

The staff here are incredible! We were working with a consultant, who was very nice, but the owner also came over to assist as well. It was very fun having a group of people helping me out. I had no idea what type of dress I even wanted, yet some how with the great group who worked here, I picked out the perfect dress in less than 2 hours! And they were able to give me a little discount on top of an already great price! Go check this store out!!!

After shopping in Lethbridge the same stuff was definitely cheaper here and the staff was friendly and pleasant. Lethbridge was unwilling to match the prices even closely.

this is perhaps the best dress shop south of Calgary. I only discovered it after having a bad experience at a store in lethbridge, so when visiting my sister in med hat she took me here. Next time im shopping for a fancy dress this will be my first stop. Prices were so decent.
