What can I say about a place that allowed me to take a Audi S4 out for a test drive?! Staff were great and actually listened to my concerns. Granted they are there to make money, but friendly staff make it a bit nicer.

Went in looking for a used Vehicle, spoke with Chantalle and they managed to get me in to a brand new 2017 model!
Overall great customer service and buying experience. Chantalle specifically made the process painless and found ways to make the waiting time fly by effortlessly.
I highly recommend seeing her for any vehicle needs you may have. She's very friendly, happy to help and willing to answer any questions, and if she doesn't know an answer she finds it.

These folks are great. They were very helpful in all respects of new car buying. Very nice salesman and not pushy. I would deal with them again If I had too. I am very pleased with my new car purchase and the service I received.Thanks again to Tom Alexander for your expertise.

Recently bought a truck through Justin Smith at this location. It was my first experience working with a dealership and Justin made it as smooth and painless as possible. I can't say enough good things about my experience dealing with him. The finance guy, Kevin was also great on his end, but Justin was with me start to finish and I couldn't be happier with the truck he got me into. As soon as I told him what I was looking for, he had options within a day and I went home happy a couple days later. Give Justin Smith a call at VW and he'll definitely get you taken care of! I have brought my vehicles to Volkswagen for many years now. I find the service is great and the staff is very welcoming. Its nice to go in and see friendly faces. I think the addition of Mike Fischer to the Volkswagen team is great!! He is very honest and helpful when i come im or even call with questions. Mike is always smiling and ready to serve his customers. Great job Mike and the rest of the team at Volkswagen!! I will be a repeat customer for life!!

We had a great experience dealing with Volkswagen, Tom was very easy going and extremely helpful, got us the deal we wanted. Kevin was super friendly and got us out the door with nothing but smiles. I have to give a huge shout out to Tony and Bob for their excellent service and business. They knew exactly what I was looking for and what I could afford and went above and beyond anything I have ever witnessed in my lifetime. They did for me what I always hear or read about happening to other people but never thought it would happen to me. I am extremely thankful and very appreciative of how they took care of me.

Overall experience was good. I dealt with Justin Smith he was very pleasant and did a fine job. The only thing that sucked was the wait time to get into financing but that is no fault of theirs as they were swamped that day and no other financing employee.

Layla is always the dealer I work with when shopping for a vehicle. She loves her job and it shows in the education, effort and detail she puts into making sure her clients get the right ride for them. My husband and I are very happy with the great customer service and follow up we have received from Layla. She is always willing to go over and beyond to make us happy. I loved my previous Tiguan so when the lease was almost up I found myself kicking tires at the dealership. Chantelle greeted us and answered all our questions and, after due consideration, we chose another Tiguan and are very happy with the new car, the financial arrangement, and the service. Good Work Southland.

My experience has been great with Southland VW. Chantalle has been great to work with, and is very knowledgeable. Taylor and the finance guys have really also helped me a lot. So far I am quite happy in dealing with them, and will plan to use them again in the future.

Chantalle in sales and Joel in financing made getting my new Tiguan a breeze! They were available at anytime to answer any questions I had. Noray, Victor and Lorne in service and detail were also extremely helpful in getting all my appointments set up. Love these guys! I'll be hitting them up next time I'm in town to get some extra goodies for my car. Thanks guys!:)

Dishonest. Right from sales, financing to service. Seems that employees are taught to misrepresent products and services at the cost of the consumer.
Sales reps are constantly calling me about upgrades and products I do not need. This crooked business will not be getting another penny or my money.response / report this review -

I honestly don't know how people rate this place a 5 star. I bought a, new to me, 2014 VW with 95k on it, and it had problems that I wasn't fully aware of, but hey, as long as I sign the papers it's not their problem anymore, right? According to Mazen that is. Oh well. The car runs perfect now that i had to dump almost 3 thousand nearly 2 months after getting it. Wont be going there ever again.
