As the user described the transfer fee (they wanted 30 from me) as well I have spent 1000s. I went to vector and not only did they transfer them for free sold me a life proof case for 5 dollars less than everywhere else they were very helpful. I give Vector five stars.

I have been in the service industry for 20+ years and believe that customer service is everything. I cannot believe that after I have spent many hundreds if not thousands of dollars with not only Telus but custom cellular, they would not, for the first time EVER, waive a transfer fee of all my contacts during a phone upgrade! And after charging me the $15, they didn't even do it properly! I will never go back there again. They almost cost Telus my business as well. Good luck Custom Cellular.
