I started Crossfit AI when I was over 40 and I was nervous to say the least. What a welcoming and awesome community! These people have become my family are such a wonderful and caring community. I'm so proud of what Coach Russ and Coach Dave have had me do in the past 3 years. I've never been stronger and felt more cared for. Best gym EVER!

I started at this gym having never tried CrossFit before. Before starting I was out of shape and very intimidated to start. From the moment I walked in the door, I was welcomed and felt at ease. The sense of community at this gym is unparalleled. In addition to the community, the coaching staff is amazing. The coaches take time to make sure you understand the movements before doing them, and all workouts and movements can be scaled to your fitness level. I found a sense of confidence here with the barbell that I never expected to have - thanks to all the coaches, but most notably coach Russell for helping me with this. If you’re looking for a new gym, or want to give CrossFit a try, I highly recommend AI.

CrossFit Ai is a fabulous gym for beginners or experienced athletes. Coaches are friendly and knowledgeable each in their own way. Many members here consider AI a second home and welcome everyone who comes in. I recommend CrossFit AI to anyone looking for a drop-in box or looking to learn the fundamentals of a great sport and community!

AI has an incredible community of people. The coaches are so helpful and knowledgable. There are no egos hereI have been a member for three years and every visitor or new member is welcomed with open arms. This is a great gym for a drop-in or if you are looking for a new home base.

Kevin goes above and beyond to make sure every member has the best experience there. Always coming up with great ways to add value and fun to your fitness and nutrition journey. Definitely the best gym in South Calgary.

Outstanding gym. Coaches are extremely knowledgeable and motivating: each one of them has a different coaching style and brings something unique to every workout. The programming is also excellent: you will become stronger without even noticing it while having fun. Members are welcoming and will always encourage you when you feel under the weather. If you are on the fence about joining Crossfit, drop by AI and let this awesome community win you over. This is truly a great gym.

AI is our go to box when we visit Calgary. The coaches and members are very welcoming and the facility is fantastic. Great programming and coaching-we'll definitely be back!

We dropped in on our way back the States as a way to break up our drive and it was awesome! The staff and members were all welcoming and very nice. The facility was very clean and it was great they had showers. If you're ever in Calgary you should check this place out!

Being a little nervous to participate in a BIG CITY Crossfit gym I have to say that the coaches and members made me feel very welcome!! Coaching was excellent, workouts were challenging but fun! (love partner day Thursdays) I will be back😊

Great gym with awesome coaches. Started training here last year and have no regrets doing so. They offer nutrition, personal training and coached programming which is awesome. If you are ever in Calgary looking for a box this is the one that I would recommend.

I don't live in Calgary so I've only been going while I'm here, but I've come to this location before on vacation and I would most definitely come again every time I'm in Calgary, It's a great facility, atmosphere, the trainers are wonderful and everything is so accommodating. Big shout out and thanks to the 3 trainers I had while here, Russell, AJ, and Kevin! Thanks so much guys! It's been great! I'll be back on my next trip out for sure!!!

I have dropped into Crossfit AI the last few summers when visiting Calgary. The classes are well run, coaches are encouraging and all the athletes are friendly and supportive. I would certainly make this my box if we ever move back to Calgary!
