The 2 gentlemen who came to install the quartz were very friendly and did a great job and dealing with the people in the office was a pleasure. I would recommend Icon.

The whole job went very smoothly from the quote to the templating to the installation. Everyone was very professional. The installers were very careful and made us feel like we were a valued customer. They did a great job. Definitely would recommend to others.

We ordered a laundry room countertop and shower bench & niche in December, the installation crew sucks. The first crew installed our shower bench backwards (sloped towards the wall, not towards shower area and drain) and the niche was crooked, like an inch further on one side than the otherfortunately we had an awesome tile guy from another company doing the shower tile and notified us right away of these mistakes so we could get them corrected. Icon was slow to respond to the request for fixing this stupid mistake and put us behind schedule waiting on them.

Our family undertook a major home reno approx five years ago and had Icon Stone &Tile ('Icon') provided the countertops. In the last couple of months the adhesive glue securing the kitchen sink required attention. Icon , set out a representative to clean and re-apply the adhesive and as well left a brace under the kitchen sink. They were toughtful, efficient and did not charge us for providing this service or for the materials. Thanks Icon.

Worst company I have ever dealt with! Ordered glass tiles for a kitchen backsplash was told it would
be 3 weeks for delivery. Waited the 3 weeks only to be told the tile came in and was the wrong color.
Icon then said they should order a sample tile just to make sure the dye lot was right - like sample in
showroom. was told this would take only a few days.after week and 1/2 sample came in..it was
also wrong color..it was just like the brown sample in showroom. Guess what, Icon then figured out
they had ordered the wrong tile for me.ordered again.. another 3 week wait. No tile. Now was
told the supplier had no more tile and new stock was coming on boatmaybe after arriving in Montreal it would be another 3 weeks to get to Calgary! It is now 3 months after my first order and guess what ? I phone and they don't know where my tile is. Would you deal with this company?response / report this review -

I have been in the industry for a number of years working as a designer and architect. I moved to Calgary a year ago from Montreal where I worked along side many designers from there as well as Toronto. I found that none of the places here compared in service, quality, appearance of showroom as well as attention to detail. Icon has all of that. I am more than impressed with this company and would advise anyone looking for top notch product and service to visit Icon. Their showroom speaks volumes. They showcase some of the most exotic stones from Italy to Brazil. Their collection is like no other in the city. With this in mind, many of my cleints who have chosen to go with Icon agree with what I have mentioned above. If you want to see the best, visit the best.
