Great facility with many drop-in class options from spin to body pump to yoga. Pools are 25m lanes. The workout machines are pretty standard. They aren't new but they are in good condition. The floor plan isn't the best layout as the open workout areas are very narrow and there isn't much mirror space near the weights. The abs area flooring should be replaced with a safer material because it's slippery and my feet tend to slide when doing planks. What I like most is the friendly staff and community!

Filthy, outdated, overpriced all the staff are full of themselves.

Ive only been here once and it was great. The environment is nice and clean and the staff at the entrance knew what I was here for. Its like they read my mind! I went to a dance workshop that day and the studio was clean and big. The speakers work just fine. The mirrors were unsymetrical but that didnt reallt bother my stay. I would recommend going here

Clean, spacious and not a lot of people so most equipment is available. Only draw back is i wish there was more equipment variety and more of the commonly used equipment.

Friendly swim instructors and great lessons. My child had the best experience for his first time at summer camp.

It is nice big and clean. Would be better if they offered hot tub to all memberships

One of the best run and cleanest YMCAs I've ever used. They need Coed hot tub though. Can't soak with my wife.

There were windows in the cardio roomnot many, but
I enjoyed my workout, and the very hospitable front desk help. The amount of equipment and free weights easily matched the need.

Been using the gym facility and swimming pool, the latter off and on, for about 9 months now and I couldn't be happier here. I've been to both Goodlife and World Health and found their atmosphere too pushy, corporate and lifeless.
Memberships are monthly which is nice and w/o contracts. I don't see myself cancelling anytime soon as the machine are always in good working order, clean and various. Staff are pleasant to speak with as is the clientele.
One knock I have against it (and other full-service gyms) is that there is a lack of available heavy bags or any sort of boxing equipment.

Great facility with amazing staff. Giving a shout out to Ian Coburn and Scott Andrews. Professional, knowledgeable, approachable and encouraging, these guys are exactly what you should want if you're looking for trainers.

This YMCA is as good as the one in Shawnessy. The only thing I don't really like about this place is that not everything is in one floor. Instead of having multiple floors all of the activities can be in one place. Overall, the staff are nice and helpful, and this is a good place to exercise!
