  We had the pleasure to meet Thomas Wong ( sales associate) as our initial contact with the company Constant Home Comfort. All along He was very receptive about our questions and concerns. He professionally guide us without rushing to make a decision, he was patient and made sure we made the right decision for us. we value his experience and knowledge about the products. He is truly an asset to the company.
  Mr. Lin ( the person who installed Furnace, Water Tank and Electric Air Filter)
  also deserves to be recognized as his job was flawless! Thank you.

  I had an issue with my tankless water heater at my rental property. Code 10 was showing up and no hot water for a few days. Jalil from Constant Home Comfort called me in advance of the appointment to make sure l could meet him to give him access to the basement apartment.
  
  He was professional, friendly and fixed the problem quickly. A plastic bag had been sucked into the intake pipe for the water heater and caused it to stop working.
  
  Jalil explained to me that l should buy a 3 inch vent screen to prevent anything else from getting into the pipe. He also suggested l do the same (2 inch though) for the furnace intake pipe.
  
  I should also mention that Jalil came out to service this same water heater about a month ago for a different issue. Again, he fixed the problem in a timely manner and was professional and friendly.
  
  I highly recommend Jalil as a service technician and am very happy and satisfied with his work.

  Great people to deal with. Dealt with David in sales and he met my needs by making suitable recommendation for changing my AC. He came to my house and made all arrangements for installation in three days. The technician, Jason was even friendlier and very quick. He traveled from Toronto to London and had everything changed in two hrs with his lovely polite crew. Overall good people and pleasant experience so far.

  We started to use this company back 12 years ago for replacing our furnace. We were very satisfied with what they did. Since then we have bought other houses and never hired another company for Our heating and cooling needs. We have really built mutual trust in each other.
  Recently, a neighbor complained about noises caused by our one year old AC. It is a small job and need to travel a bit. The company was very responsible and responsive. They helped us to diagnose the issue and get it fixed without delay and free of charge. The neighbor is very happy and we are very happy too.
  We would highly recommend the company to do your heating and cooling jobs.
