From start to finish, Catherine and Filorin (apologies if I am spelling your name wrong) were amazing. I had previous dress appointments at other boutiques where I left feeling discouraged. I called Ines Di Santo on a Friday afternoon and was able to secure an appointment for the very next day. This was during a very busy time where stores were only open for a few weeks last Fall. Catherine was extremely accommodating with making sure I was satisfied with my dress, no matter how many fittings it took to get it perfect. I cannot thank the Ines Di Santo team enough for making this such an enjoyable process.

I’ll start off by saying the ladies at Ines.. Stephanie and Catherine are so helpful! I was so stressed looking for a dress as every store was telling me that i needed to make a decision fast. The team at Ines were so comforting and sweet that when i found my dress i knew it! I’m not an easy bride i wanted customizations and a visual of how the dress would look and they were right by me showing me everything! Thank YOU ladies!

The wedding dresses at Ines Di Santo are so beautiful - they have so many styles and the details on the dresses are stunning. Also , the team is absolutely amazing! Both my sister and I bought our wedding dresses from Ines and both times we were blown away by the way we were treated by the staff. They truly care about their clients and their experience. They will go above and beyond to ensure that you have the perfect dress for your special day and that you feel comfortable in the dress. I would highly recommend them because you can put your full trust in them. Special shout out to Catherine for all her knowledge, honesty, kindness, impeccable service and making my experience so memorable. She truly made me feel like family! Also a special shout out to Filorine for her amazing alterations - she is an artist with her work and will she will make the dress fit perfectly to your body shape! Thank you SO much to everyone at Ines..couldn’t recommend their dresses and service more - they are the best!!!!!

Ines Di Santo created the perfect dress for me! Catherine assisted me from the beginning and was fabulous. They stayed within my budget, and created a dress that was unique for me. Specifically, the bust the the dress had to be completely re-created. Straps were added for support, and lace details added. The team was determined to get it PERFECT and it was! I highly recommend. A lovely experience!

I had the pleasure of working with Catherine to find my dream wedding dress. I am someone who is typically indecisive, yet the moment I tried on the Margot dress I knew it was perfect for me. Even though I moved my wedding date due to COVID, everyone at Ines was so accommodating and they still managed to make all my modifications to the dress in a timely manner. Overall an amazing experience! Would highly recommend!

Awesome experience (I didn't end up buying from here but there were very nice options). Vesna was amazing. Very caring, patient, made us the best coffee and made sure we left with water bottles for the rest of our trip, would def recommend!

I had the best experience at Ines Di Santo! Catherine assisted us and was incredibly helpful and kind. She worked with our very tight timeline and last minute planning because of COVID. Also, the dress was perfect and I couldn't have been happier.

My experience at Ines Di Santo was far from a magical experience. For an upscale bridal boutique, you would think your experience would top any other. This boutique was actually (out of 8 total stores I visited) the worst experience for me. Actually my first appointment ever was here and I left feeling discouraged and wondered if all my appointments would feel like this one. To my surprise, ALL my other appointments were wonderful. The red haired lady was my consultant (didn’t get her name), she was so disinterested. I left the change room numerous times unzipped and not pinned. I actually asked her a few times if she can clip me. One time she said “just hold it and we’ll see if they like it, then I’ll pin you”. For one dress she clipped only 3 buttons at the back so I walked out to show my family with half of it loose on me. It’s like she couldn’t be bothered to do me up properly. My mom actually zipped me up a lot of the time, while the red hair lady would go talk to someone. She often left the appointment and wandered off. For someone who was ready to spend 8-10k in this store, it seemed like it wasn’t a large enough budget for some real attention and effort. I found my dream dress at another store (FOR LESS than my budget) and was treated with the utmost care and respect as a customer. To any brides looking to drop your hard earned money, do it elsewhere where your business is appreciated. Only positive to all of this was that we met Ines Di Santo and she is a gem of a lady. Too bad the consultant in her store just made her lose a customer.

My entire experience was amazing. Despite the stress of wedding planning, the team at Ines made sure my dress was the least of my worries. I had a hard time finding a gown that would work and ended up purchasing my gown only 2.5 months before my wedding. They customized my gown to exactly what I had envisioned and more. As an out of town customer who was having my wedding in Toronto, the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. My last fitting was only 4 days before my wedding and more alterations needed to be done - I had lost weight and even requested a last minute change. The day before my wedding, the drive to Toronto was delayed and we hit traffic. Not only did they stay open late until I arrived and was able to try my dress on one more time, they even offered to drive me dress to the hotel for me to alleviate stress from me. The entire process from start to finish was wonderful. And my dress was absolutely breathtaking.
