Good to stay a night or two. Not far from airport,hw and some restaurants. Rooms are clean.

Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. I booked for the wrong night and they changed it for me last minute free of charge. Only complaint is that the room was like a sauna, too hot to sleep comfortably, and the window was so small it wasn't much help when I opened it. Felt wrong to turn on the AC when it was 0 degrees outside.

The worst hotel ever. The rooms were really small and the whole place smelled like chlorine. The room's window was facing the swimming pool. The service was good because I was able to cancel my reservation without any charge. Wouldn't recommend staying there.

Bad service. Horrible bfast area. Cruddy pool. The hot tub was cold. And checking in was a nightmare. The only plus was the cleaning service. Nice,Clean rooms.

DO NOT stay here. I paid more to book a room with free cancellation, only to be told that they could not refund my money. Manager and staff gave me the run around. Extremely dissatisified with the level of customer service.

It made me mad how we made reservations for a room but due to are card not working we were unable to pay. They would not accept any other type of payment. Finely once we found a family member who tried to pay for the room they got mad because they were unable to print a letter and sign it for the room. The worker at the front desk then did not like the tone are family member had so he refused to give is are room and cancelled the reservation. And this was hard for us because we were over 5 hours away from home and it was around 9pm that this all happened. So if you are planning on stay here make sure to have the correct card they well except I can not remember the card it was unfortunately. Good luck.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. The only issue was that due to some (very) greedy guests in the morning, they ran out of the hot breakfast items. Scrambled eggs went first. It's too bad there wasn't someone to monitor the portion sizes and the amounts that people actually wasted. I was waiting for 3 others from my room and we had to wait a very long time to actually get a seat and then they were running out of food. Was pretty disappointed about that. Had a great time in the pool later and my son really enjoyed the water slide. I would definitely come back but would recommend a much better planing on the breakfast menu especially following a long weekend.

A very family friendly place to stay. Front desk staff were receptive and friendly, our room was clean with no issues. The pool temperature was nice and my daughter had a blast on the waterslide. The continental breakfast had a nice selection of items and the food was good. The only improvement on our stay could have been access to a cot which they did not have. Overall, our stay was great and would stay here again.

I stayed here for a night and they told me the arrival time of the shuttle was 620 I got a phone call at 5:55 saying the shuttle is waiting for me. I agreed to wait for 7 so I don't hold up anyone. At 6:30 I was advised the 7 shuttle is usually late which I could not afford to miss my flight so I had to get a taxi. The room was nice and it was clean but there was no TV remote when I asked for one the gave me one. The remote I was given did not function properly the 2 the 3 and the channel up did not work. The place was clean and the room was nice but the service was poor.

An amazing place to stay. The room was absolutely well laid out for four people at a reasonable price. Everyone was really nice, especially the shuttle driver. Very informative and told us the best place to eat. Breakfast was off the charts. Tons of food. Was filling. I will stay here again. An absolute treat with a pool.

Room was decently clean. In suite jacuzzi was a nice feature, but the jets were weak. Shower didn't look the best. Barely fits two people. Good services and staff. Good WiFi in suite. Room temperature adjusts quickly. Comfortable bed. Reasonably quiet during sleeping hours. Not the best place I've stayed, but comfortable and reasonable pricing.
