  Bought the drip’n on Friday Feb 3rd. Saturday Feb 4th it doesn’t work? 5000 puff and it stops working. I’ve never had a vape die on me like that. How do I get my money back or get a new one? It was 30$ very irritating. I gave 3 stars because at least the service was good. Willow is one of ladies who sold me the device.

  Honestly the staff is so friendly and laid back! Every time I go in it feels like I'm just going to hang out with with a friend. Straight up good hires by the owner. Sadly my next trip will be my last trip since I'm quitting! Hope nothing but the best for this shop and hope they can retain or keep bringing in staff as friendly as their current

  I was a first time customer at Union Vape Co,
  I had exceptional customer service, Daniel & Emily provided me with a very friendly welcoming greeting the moment I entered the store.
  
  They both smiled the entire time I was in the store, they listened to my exact needs of what I needed to purchase and showed empathy in regards to my previous experience at another vape store when I told them.
  
  Great customer service is very hard to find these days, but Daniel and Emily really went above and beyond today, they not only got me exactly what I was looking for, but they also cared to have a conversation with me where I felt like I wasn't just a quick transaction
  
  I also really appreciated how they both got up off the stools when I walked in and greeted me. Very professional and respectful.
  
  I have found my new Vape store in Calgary! & I will only be coming to this location from now on - Thanks Daniel & Emily
