An older but decent build with comparatively spacious units and, sadly, an unethical and anti-black board and community. Not necessarily a surprise in Richmond for many, I suppose, but given the expected nature of co-ops it is quite a shame, and not at all indicative of how other co-ops around the metro operate. They are also inexplicably significantly more expensive than similar communities. Cliques and gossip are the rulers, kids aren't encouraged to follow rules, and trash and recycling often somehow miss the bins.
