  If I could give zero stars I would, the point of going to City furniture was no delay having furniture in stock vs the brick where everything has to be ordered. Almost 4 weeks after purchasing a bed (at full price) low and behold still no bed. This is a company that is always ready to take your money without fair service. Drive your arse to Edmonton for furniture or order online. If I did that, I'd have a new bed already.

  We have spent a ton of money here, only to have service decrease every visit. Most recently we purchased an $800 piece, that was in for two days without a call to tell us, refused to let me pick it up at 5:45pm because the closed at 6pm, and then we get it home and its the wrong colour..despite the invoice. Will be switching furniture stores.

  I have purchased my stove and fridge from City Furniture. They offer a layaway plan that makes it possible to purchase larger priced items without using a credit card. City Furniture is my 1st choice when shopping for furniture and appliances. I have never been disappointed.

  I sat in a message chair for half an hour and didn't buy it. They didn't give me any attitude, would recommend this place to a friend. Only giving it four stars because they didn't offer me a drink, always leave room for improvement. Cheers!

  Bought a deep freeze a year ago and recently bought a new range. Love the fact they actually keep things in stock for immediate purchase.
  Linda was extremely knowledgeable about the Samsung range we purchased and settled our concerns about their extended warranty policies. Will definitely be back for any future purchases. Highly recommend!

  Worst customer service ever because of their mistakes I now have a sectional with a broken piece.
  Dropped off the peice to be fixed and came back worse then when I dropped it off
  The salesman originally invoiced the sectional wrong therefore warrenty was not accepted and they basically told me that's too bad and it's my problem now they were also paid out by the warrenty company and tried to have me pay for them to fix the peice!!! That's fraud. Very disappointed and will not be back

  Had a great experience with Mandy at City Furniture.
  
  My spouse and I are very picky and rarely agree on furniture, Mandy was patient and able to read us which resulted in presenting us with the perfect solution.
  
  It was a little more then we intended to purchase, but after wasting an entire day looking for a cheaper alternative we ended up back at City to purchase the set for a number of reasons. The quality was noticeably better, delivery was going to be quicker and the service was great. Even after knowing she had the sale locked up at the price we were originally told, she still went above and beyond to help us out on the price for our Rug and possible lamps as well!
  
  Its my second time buying from City, and likely wont be my last!
