There is a real lack of professionalism going on here. My last visit i waited close to 40 minutes after my scheduled time before anyone mentioned why. The worst part was the constant jokes regarding my very comprehensive dental benefits. The last 2 visits, they told me i needed a bunch of work, without explaining why or showing me xrays. I switched dentist clinics recently, and my new dentist showed me in detail on clear digital photo and xray, every tooth in my mouth. Guess what, all the work that was claimed to be needed on my last visit was not. Be carefull you dont get taken advantage of at this clinic.

Went in with pain from a tooth needing to be pulled and they said they could they could squeeze me in. Got in there and had X-rays done and then they said can't pull it until next week. Now pay for the X-rays and live with the pain for a week.

It was because I live next to this clinic that I selected it, in my first visit, I was not handled well by the front desk when they did not find my booking and was abruptly asked to come back on my time, however, when I was at the main door, I was called by Diane (I think) older lady but really nice who asked me to wait for few seconds as she will try to fit me in which she did in no time with a big smile. I was then handled by Donna White and I do not know what magic she used but she made me came back twice to that clinic and I am not intending to change it in future, she was fantastic in her explanations and detailed answers to each and every question I asked, in addition I never felt worried nor bored. I would definitely recommend this clinic for their services in both front desk and inside too. She has also done a great job treating my teeth
